When winter rolls around we dream of snow and tasty Christmas cookies.
These almond chocolate coconut cookies melt in your mouth.
Prepare to mix dough and refrigerate for 1 hour before baking. Recipe makes 4.5 dozen cookies.
These are a perfect pair with a cup of creamy hot chocolate!

- Cream butter, sugar, and cream cheese until fluffy. Add egg yolk, almond and OJ-Beat well. Combine flour, baking powder and gradually add to creamed mixture until well blended. Stir in 3 cups coconut. Cover dough and chill 1 hour. Shape into 1" balls rolling in remaining coconut and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned on bottom. Remove from oven, press chocolate kiss into center of each cookie. Allow to cool 1 minute. Carefully remove cookie from sheet and cool until kiss is firm. Makes 4.5 dozen
