- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. For the crust: Heat water and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted and mixture comes to a boil. Stir in flour, use wooden spoon. Reduce heat to low and stir vigorously about 1 minute or until it leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, stir until smooth. Spread in 9x13 pan with high sides. Bake for 20 minutes, poke with a fork in several spots(be careful not to tear) Continue baking 5 more minutes. Cool completely. Mix pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes, fold in 2 cups of cool-ship. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Refrigerate 1 hour. Put chocolate and rest of whipped topping in bowl and microwave for 30-40 seconds. Stir until smooth. Place chocolate mixture in small ziplock bag and cut corner. Cut chilled bars into squares. Drizzle chocolate on top of cut bars and serve.
