White Bread or Cinnamon & Sugar Bread
Oh, the love of baking. I grew up in the kitchen cooking and baking. By far, my favorite was baking. For my 11th birthday I got a recipe book specifically for making bread.
I had always enjoyed freshly baked bread and tried my hand at making it.
This recipe over the years has been the easiest and one of the best! Enjoy.

Set aside in a draft free area and let rise until double in size. About 1 hour.
Remove cover and punch down.
Place on lightly floured surface and cut into half.
Flatten out in a rectangle and roll into a loaf. (Add Alternate step-below-if making cinnamon/sugar bread)
Pinch ends together and place in a greased 9x5 bread pan.
Cover and let rise until double in size. About 30 minutes.
Pre-head oven to 350 degrees.
Once dough has doubled, bake for 25 minutes.
When out of oven, brush top with butter.
