Rhubarb Slushy
Not everyone is able to enjoy the delicious sweetness of rhubarb since it isn't available in all areas.
Being blessed to grow up in the mid-west rhubarb grew like crazy in our backyard. We had many tasty treats baked with it.
My favorite memory is snapping off a stalk, dipping it in sugar, and taking a big bite!

Rhubarb Chopped

Lemon Juice

Strawberry Jello
Instructions

Boil water and rhubarb, until rhubarb starts to fall apart. Add sugar until it is dessolved.
Strain mixture.
Add Jello, stir frequently until cool.
