Grasshopper Parfaits
These parfaits are a great treat everyone will enjoy. You can't go wrong when the ingredients involve chocolate mint patties and chocolate sandwich cookies. Anyone have a sweet tooth?

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup Oreo Cookies (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Covered Mint Patties (Chopped)
  • 4 cup Cold Milk
  • 2-4 oz Jell-O Chocolate Flavored Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 2-3 drops Freen Food Coloring (I usually omit this.)
  • 2 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping (Thawed)
Instructions
  1. Mix: Chopped cookies and mint patties in a small bowl. Set aside. Pour: Milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mixes, beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir food coloring(if desired) into whipped topping until well blended. Layer half of each of the pudding and whipped topping and cookie mixture evenly in 12 parfait glasses or dessert cups. Repeat layers. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
