It is also one of our traditional side dishes at Easter.

Vanilla Pudding Cups

Cool Whip Container Thawed

Can Fruit Cocktail
(Drained)

Cinnamon & Sugar Mixture
Instructions

Add cooked, cooled rice, cool whip, and enough pudding to make mixture creamy. Mix in a small amount of cinnamon and sugar. Fold in drained fruit.
Refrigerate Mixture.
After refrigeration if pudding is dry, add more pudding and/or cool whip.
