Glorified Rice

This popular pot-luck dessert is super easy to make. It is also one of our traditional side dishes at Easter.

Ingredients
  • 3 cup Cooked White Rice Cooled
  • 4 Pack Vanilla Pudding Cups
  • Large Cool Whip Container Thawed
  • 1 Large Can Fruit Cocktail (Drained)
  • Cinnamon & Sugar Mixture
Instructions
  1. Add cooked, cooled rice, cool whip, and enough pudding to make mixture creamy. Mix in a small amount of cinnamon and sugar. Fold in drained fruit. Refrigerate Mixture. After refrigeration if pudding is dry, add more pudding and/or cool whip.
