Hunting and fishing has been a part of our family for as long as I can remember. Eating tasty meat that has been harvested by our hunters has always been a privilege.
The tomato in this chili marinates with the meat and makes is so tender.

Place venison in slow cooker. Top with salsa and other ingredients except sour cream. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with sour cream.
