Cream Cheese Crescent Bars

Ingredients
  • 2 Containers Crescent Rolls
  • 2-8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg (Separated)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Nuts (diced/optional)
Instructions
  1. In a greased 9x13 pan roll out 1 can of crescent rolls and press into pan. Blend together: cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg YOLK, and vanilla. Spread on top of crust in pan. Unroll the second crescent rolls and place on top of filling. Beat egg white and brush on top of crescent rolls. Mix together 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon(nuts if preferred). Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cook until golden brown. Let cool, and cut into squares.
