Cheesecake Keto Bombs
When sticking to eating to a clean Keto diet, it is tricky to get my sweet tooth satisfied.
Then, I stumbled upon these tasty and easy cheesecake treats.
They are quick and easy with a little freeze time. Then so very delicious!

Heavy Whipping Cream
(1/2 Cup)

Baking Chocolate
Instructions

Add all ingredients to mixing bowl. Beat for 1-2 minutes until creamy. Scoop batter into little balls, you can use a small scooper. Scoop balls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or use mini-muffin pan for scooped balls. Shred chocolate over balls.
Place in freezer for 30 minutes.
Eat frozen. You can let thaw a bit, if you enjoy them creamy.
Store in freezer.
