Chai Tea Mix

There are so many chai tea recipes out there. Some are too full of spice, others are a bit tangy, and others are expensive to purchase. I had a friend share this fabulous recipe. I haven't made it keto friendly yet, but am hoping to do so as it is full of sugar! So cuddle up with your favorite quilt, a good book, and enjoy sipping on this sweet treat.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
  • 1 cup Powdered Cream Substitute
  • cup French Vanilla Powdered Cream substitute
  • 2 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Instant Tea Powder, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground Cloves
  • 1 tsp Ground Cardamom
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine milk powder, creamers, sugar and instant tea. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time until mixture is the consistency of fine powder. To serve: Stir 2-3 heaping tablespoons Chai tea mixture into a 12 oz mug of hot water. Enjoy!
