Blueberry & Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

I'm a BIG ol' lover of all things breakfast, especially breakfast cake. I ran across this recipe years ago and it never disappoints. It's great for Saturday morning breakfast with the family or sharing with friends at a coffee get-together. If you love coffeecake and blueberries, you will LOVE this!

Ingredients
    Base
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • Topping
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
  1. Base: Beat butter, sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mix in 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add sugar mix, alternating milk and water. Mix well. Add vanilla. Toss blueberries with 1/4 cup flour. Fold into batter with cream cheese. Pour into greased 9x13 in pan. Topping: Combine sugar, flour and cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
