Banana Cake
Who doesn't love banana bread?
There are so many varieties of banana bread. Some that have chocolate chips added, nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and the list can go on and on.
Well, this is "Plain Ol' Banana Bread". It has one special ingredient that you wouldn't even guess.......sour cream! It makes the cake so delicious and moist.
This is one of the best things my mother-in-law (along many), has passed along to me!
