Bacon, Ham & Cabbage Soup

If you love warm soup on a cold day, this is a quick and tasty treat! It tastes like it has cooked all day long, but in reality you can have it on the table in less than an hour. This one pot cabbage soup with bacon and ham is such  a treat! Not only is this Keto friendly, but it is filling as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 Package Bacon
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion (Diced)
  • 3 Carrots (Sliced)
  • 2 Celery Stalks (Diced)
  • 32 oz Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Broth Base
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 Head Cabbage (Chopped)
  • 2.5 lb Ham (Diced)
Instructions
  1. Cut Bacon into 1 inch sections. In a large stockpot or dutch oven, brown bacon pieces. Remove bacon pieces. Add butter to dutch oven, saute onions, carrots, and celery until tender. Add Chicken stock, 2 Tablespoons of Chicken Base and 4 cups of water. Stir. Add diced ham, bacon, and cabbage pieces. You can add more water if needed. Cover pot and cook on low heat until cabbage is tender. Serve with Siracha sauce and garlic toast. Enjoy!
